Trader Joe's Pumpkin O's Product Review

One of many Trader Joe's pumpkin flavored autumn specials.
Happy World Vegetarian Day and Happy October- my favorite month of the whole calendar! Vegan Mofo is over. Sadly, I haven't begun to show the likes of many wonderful women painters whose palettes are quite beautiful and worth knowing about. I cannot list them all, but will insert these ladies every now and again. Why not have an art history lesson and a post about food in one simultaneous post?
It's raining a lot, the dying leaves are changing warm colors, and the air is slightly chilled- perfect for sweaters and chic jackets and great boots.
Now that we're in the heart of autumn splendor, one of the best rituals is racing down to Trader Joe's to purchase whatever vegan pumpkin treats they have created this year. Last time, I was uber hooked on their pumpkin bagels- all sweet and spicy between familiar thick bread dough no vegan cream cheese required. On my excursion, I found pumpkin shaped cookies with orange cream, pumpkin pita chips with cranberries, and this amazing cereal- Pumpkin O's.
The package is a visual enticement. Popping orange colors and brown rustic leaves invite the pumpkin fiend to buy a box or two. As for the taste- Pumpkin O's is incredibly delicious! I'm impressed. Made with brown rice, oats, cane sugar, and pumpkin, this is another sweet, crunchy treat in a breakfast bowl. Spiced quite nicely, detected hints of rich cinnamon and ginger on these little frosted o's bring magnificent pleasure to greedy pumpkin loving tastebuds.
Next to Mother Nature- Trader Joe's latest is definitely the highlight of the season.
Sorry Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Perfect slight orange tint, irresistible pumpkin flavor, mild sweetness, and tasty crunch worth every bite.
Just pour into a bowl, add your favorite milk, and it's good to go.

    1. I agree! I also recommend the chocolate pumpkin shaped cookies with orange colored vanilla bean cream and the pita crisps with cranberries and pumpkin seeds! Yummy stuff this season!
