Vegan Roma Tomato Sauce & "Cheese" Pizza

A little traditional tomato & "cheese" pizza that recalls first childhood memories.
Mmmmmhmmmmmmm pizza.
When inviting the family over for a special dinner, one can never go wrong with seasoned baked dough piled high by a delicious, tangy sauce and ooey gooey mozzarella yummilicious death.
Juicy, plump Roma tomatoes made for an interesting base and paired with savory ingredients including Basil, garlic, and olive oil, that tart sweetness was toned down exponentially. Once baked, the cheese just melted into the creamy sauce, a most tempting display of destined food coupling.
Surrounded by great conversation and an awesome dish, this lovely pizza hit the right taste bud notes and the underlying "I can't believe this is vegan!" vibe played all evening long.
Also, quite happy that my brother took the leftovers home.
How sweet to have this incredible sin off my hands! Heehee. ;)
