Vegan Apple, Broccoli, & Mozzarella French Bread Pizza

A crunchy rustic pizza topped with amazing ingredients.
Ever wondered the taste of apple on a pizza?
Well, here is the simple answer. Paired with seasoned broccoli florets, pieces of red onion, and Trader Joe's ooey gooey melted mozzarella, softened Fiji apple slices sweeten the top of crispy exterior French artisan bread, tasting of divine gournet heaven.
Happily, enough this marks off one of my bucket list entries for I got to share a lovely slice to a fellow neighbor who just moved in. He loved it! (which gets me geeked every time my food gets praised). Also, signed up for a slot for my school's New York City field trip next Saturday and cannot be any more thrilled at the steady pace of which all of life's enjoyments are being fulfilled!

Vegan Apple, Broccoli, & Mozzarella French Bread Pizza Ingredients and Preparation

1/2 French bread loaf
1 cup Trader Joe's Mozzarella Style Shreds
2 tablespoon coconut oil
1 apple, sliced
1 cup broccoli
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 cup red onion

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a shallow baking dish.

Lay cut slices of French bread.
Layer with mozzarella & apple slices.
Top with broccoli mixed with seasoned salt.
Add red onion slices and extra mozzarella. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Melted goodness.

    1. Anytime! There's something about the sweet crispness of apple and savory broccoli and melted mozzarella on top of the crusty bread that tastes so amazing! I just loved it. :)
